Our production line has three basic models, different in end plates made from plastic or ceramics. The distance gaps can be 0.16", 0.2", 0.24" or 0.32" (4, 5, 6 a 8 mm). Both rotor and stator plates are machined from AlMg sheet of 0.031" (0,8 mm) thickness, mechanically and chemically treated. Our capacitors have a brass shaft with 0.236" (6 mm) diameter tuning knob end. Front ball bearings and end bearing with a M8/1 adjusting screw and a ball are used. Standard capacitances up to 600 picofarads.
